Job Description – Sales Executive
We are looking for energetic, motivated, and knowledgeable Sales Executives to join our growing commercial team. This position is open to fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in logistics, customer handling, and business development within air freight, sea freight, and Dangerous Goods transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight, sea freight, and DG shipments
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and DG teams to ensure smooth execution
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
- Stay updated on market trends, airline rates, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Aviation, or a related field
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding and supply chain concepts
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry
For Experienced Candidates (Up to 2 Years):
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, Incoterms, and basic DG concepts
- Experience in handling corporate clients and key accounts
- Ability to prepare rate comparisons and commercial proposals
Preferred Attributes
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (IATA DGR / IMDG) is a strong advantage
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Professional attitude and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE logistics market knowledge is an added benefit

- Oversee repacking and segregation of incompatible materials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GCAA CAR Part VI Chapter 2 and IATA DGR (latest edition)
